Our Journey
Foundation
Since its inception on June 30th, 2015, in the dynamic city of Gurugram, India, our organization has been driven by a strong desire for growth and a steadfast dedication to achieving excellence. Our primary objective is to provide impactful and transformative learning experiences that yield measurable outcomes.
Initial Work
Our first project was Content Development for some of the esteemed Training Partners & Sector Skill Councils working under Skill India umbrella.
Competency Based Training
We embarked on a journey to provide competency-based training across academic institutes, training centers, and corporate organizations, with a primary focus on skilling, upskilling, and reskilling individuals.
Capacity Building & Standards
Achieved significant milestone by successfully launching new project focused on Capacity Building & Standards. In this endeavor, we have taken on the responsibility of conducting Training of Trainers (TOT) and Training of Assessors (TOA) programs on behalf of sector skill councils throughout India. Additionally, we get actively involved in developing and refining Standards, which include Qualification Packs, Model Curriculum, Training Plans, and Presentations, to ensure the highest quality of training delivery.
Technical Consultancy
We partnered with sector skill councils to offer technical consultancy services related to the Skill India Portal (SIP), assisting Training Partners and Institutions in seamlessly onboarding and operating on the SIP platform, ensuring smooth & efficient process. Also extended our expertise to support organizations in developing their AI-based Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms
Audit & Quality Assurance
In a recent development, we have established a partnership with sector skill councils to conduct audits of training centers. This collaboration involves consistent monitoring to ensure a high level of quality assurance at training centres. By actively monitoring and assessing the training centers, we aim to uphold rigorous standards and guarantee exceptional training experiences for learners.
